Lyrics

She was the daughter of the old lighthouse keeper, the little princess of that solitude, and the fishermen lovingly told her that she was the prettiest and whitest pearl that the sea kept. It was for her that the sailors sang who crossed the serene waters orphaned of love, and in their songs full of affection, they always said to her that her eyes shone brighter than the lighthouse and the sun. And listening to the sweet words of those sailors, she smiled happily, for all she held out hope to all for she was so good that she loved everyone and the reverie of those songs poured joy into her heart, and alone in those places like all of them, she forged an illusion. They say that one day the captain of a boat who was sailing adrift and without a rudder, saw her in the lighthouse, radiant with beauty. and in her gaze he guided the ship of his heart. And the pretty little princess of the seas her caresses and tenderness full of passion he gave her, and now those rude fishermen say with sorrow that the most beautiful pearl love took her away. The sea lions no longer pass by chanting humble songs on the bow, and the deep sadness of the lighthouse increases the sorrow of their hearts and in the dark and sad nights if the light of the lighthouse on their ships gives, they remember those big eyes and sometimes some of them are tearful...
