The service
TangoTube provides a curated index of Argentine Tango videos sourced from YouTube. All video content is hosted by and played through YouTube — we do not host, store, or redistribute video files. TangoTube's use of YouTube content is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Accounts
Creating an account is optional. Some features — such as liking videos and tracking watch history — require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service at a rate that degrades the experience for other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Impersonate another person or entity
Content & metadata
Video metadata displayed on TangoTube (dancer names, song titles, event information) is enriched from public sources and automated matching. While we strive for accuracy, metadata may contain errors. If you believe any content is incorrect or infringes your rights, please contact us.
Copyright & takedowns
TangoTube does not host video content. If you are a rights holder and believe a video indexed on TangoTube infringes your copyright, please file a takedown request with YouTube directly. Once the video is removed from YouTube, it will automatically be removed from our index. You may also contact us to request immediate removal from our index.
Limitation of liability
TangoTube is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in metadata.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
