Cuando estaba enamorado
tuve un desengaño atroz.
Hay que ver lo que he sufrido,
de pensarlo causa horror.
Mi familia se creía
que me iba a enloquecer,
y que nunca olvidaría
el amor de esa mujer.

No comía, no dormía,
y el dolor me consumía.
