This was originally composed for the film “Arrabalera”, 1950, with which Tita Merello won the Condor Prize for Best Actress 1950.
Today's Tango was chosen by Zhanna Rabinska.

Mi casa fue un corralón
de arrabal bien proletario,
papel de diario el pañal,
